Easy Delicious Healthy Chicken Nuggets 

I always feel like homemade chicken nuggets are flavorless and bland. Especially the “healthy” ones. So I decided to experiment tonight. And I must say they were DELICIOUS! 😋

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 20 mins 

Preheat oven to 425!

Ingredients:

1 pound of chicken breast (cubbed) 

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Spray olive oil 

2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese 

And a 1/2 teaspoon of all of the following 🌿 herbs:

Garlic

Black pepper

Salt

White oregano 

Cajun (optional for a kick) 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place on a sheet pan and spray with olive oil. Cook on one side for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes. 

And BOOM 💥 done!
