Healthy Flourless Pumpkin Muffins 😋

Hey all! These Healthy Flourless Pumpkin Muffins are definitely a recipe to save! They are delicious for adults and for your littles too! We made them without the chocolate chips and in star tins for a fun and tastey little treat. 

  
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 22 minutes
Total Time: 27 minutes
Yield: 12
Serving Size: 1 muffin
Ingredients
2 and 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons almond butter*
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and then grease or line a muffin tin for 12 muffins.

Hey All! This delicious dish I’m about to share with you has been made with Wildtree all natural products. You of course can substitute using your own blends but being that I (Amelia) sell for Wildtree and actually really love their products you’ll see me mention our specific blends in this recipe. I made this meal as part of a freezer meal workshop, which if there’s one thing I can recommend to busy moms it would be prepping yourself some freezer meals! It saves so much time whether you’re a working mom getting home just in time to cook dinner or a stay at home mom juggling kids and activities and pickups right before dinner. I chose to do this as a stir fry in a pan over medium-high heat vs. the skewer version below. You choose whichever works best for you!
