“When I started working with Dalina it was at a time where I struggled really hard to lose my second postpartum baby weight. I’d lost some and was so scared to regain and wanted her to help me figure out how I would get through the Winter holidays as I’d sacrificed a lot to drop down to pre-baby weight. Now, I can’t remember the last time I’ve tracked calories, resisted a delicious donut in the break room at work or intentionally binge ate to get all the junk out of my pantry. Thanks to Dalina, I believe I’ve found my neutral weight by ultimately putting an end to my yo-yo dieting. I can now enjoy food again without feeling guilty. I no longer have to hide the snacks from myself! I consciously eat. I listen to my body. I don’t weigh myself obsessively. Best of all I don’t self sabotage. I’m kind to myself and my mind, body and spirit are reaping the benefits. Usually I don’t look forward to all of the eating around holidays, especially if I am on a diet, but I think I finally have officially let go of food guilt! and it feels great!”
