I love having somewhere safe to be able to share my wins with food where people understand the struggle. IE has been my saving grace and if I could help just one person by sharing my experiences and struggles I'm all for it. It's freaking difficult to go from dieting to IE and it so easy to fall back into those old harmful thoughts. So if I could be of support to anyone I'm all in. It's tough going at it alone.
